May's #1 Hurler Announced: Holmes Monday, June 1st, 2020 Grant Holmes hasn't been around long enough to know that youngsters shouldn't be winning Pacific Conference Pitcher of the Month. But when you put up numbers like his, you're going to get some notice. In May the Las Vegas starter earned a 5-0 mark in 6 starts. He threw 31.2 innings, struck out 32 and compiled a solid 3.41 ERA. On his stats sheet for the year Holmes shows a 6-2 record, 9 starts, 44.2 innings, 40 strikeouts and a 3.83 ERA. |
