Star of the Week Picked in AC Monday, June 15th, 2020 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the American Conference, but last week Justin Williams of the Memphis Redbirds reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Williams rocked opposing pitching for a .600 average (12-for-20), 3 home runs and 10 RBIs to come away with the award. Williams is presently hitting at a .295 pace with 9 home runs and 30 RBIs. He has played in 54 games and scored 35 times. |
