EL's Best Player, Kirby of Harrisburg Monday, May 18th, 2020 So far in his young career, Ryan Kirby has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Eastern League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 25-year-old Harrisburg Senators first baseman hit at a torrid .474 clip as he collected 9 hits in 19 at-bats, 1 home run, 10 RBIs and 4 runs scored. Thus far this season Kirby has hit .291 with 5 home runs, 26 RBIs and scored 18 times. |
