Bush and Romero Suspended, Out 2 Games Friday, June 5th, 2020 Cedar Rapids and Beloit have been advised by the league commissioner that the Kernels Austin Bush and the Snappers Sam Romero have been suspended 2 games each for instigating the brawl at yesterday's game at Veterans Memorial Stadium. Bush is currently batting .209 with 1 home run and 21 RBIs. Romero has pitched 36.1 innings and molded a 3.96 ERA with no saves. He has surrendered 31 hits while registering 45 strikeouts on his way to a 2-2 record for the Snappers this year. |
