Early Season End for Espinal Sunday, June 28th, 2020 Andersson Espinal had hoped for the best, but expected the worst. Today, he learned from the San Diego (DSL) medical staff that he would miss the rest of the season. The San Diego (DSL) reliever suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow in an earlier ballgame. He admitted to being discouraged, but said he plans to come back strong next year. On the year Espinal has 1 save in 7 relief appearances with a 3-0 record and 2.45 ERA. |
