Samardzija Now 6-5 After Subduing Pirates

San Francisco picked up a win at Oracle Park, bumping off the Pittsburgh Pirates, 4-2. Pitcher Jeff Samardzija was a major reason the Giants emerged victorious. Sam Selman earned the save, his 5th. The Giants raised their record to 24-42.
