Red-Hot Cruz Scorches SeaWolves Friday, June 26th, 2020 Oneil Cruz did more than his part as the Altoona Curve topped the Erie SeaWolves today at People's Natural Gas Field. The Curve shortstop pounded out 5 hits to pace his team to a 28-1 thumping of the SeaWolves. Oneil Cruz walked in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, hit a GRAND SLAM off Nolan Blackwood in the 5th, hit an RBI triple in the 6th, hit a three-run home run off Kody Clemens in the 7th and walked in a run in the 8th. Cruz has a .301 average and a .399 on-base percentage for the year. He has picked up 81 hits, 13 home runs and driven in 50 runs. |
