Estevez Takes Best Bat Trophy in May Monday, June 1st, 2020 Omar Estevez is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Tulsa second baseman joined that select company when the Texas League announced the results of May's voting. Estevez totaled 41 hits, 9 walks, 4 home runs, 19 RBIs and 18 runs scored last month to put together a .423 batting average and .472 on-base percentage. This year Estevez is batting .370 with 47 hits and 4 home runs. He has scored 23 times and has batted in 21 runs. |
