Season-Ending Injury for Liberato Tuesday, July 7th, 2020 Obviously disappointed, Luis Liberato confirmed today that his season is officially over. The Modesto left fielder offered mostly monosyllabic responses to reporters. "Nope," he said, when asked if he might possibly return this year. The 24-year-old Liberato suffered a ruptured achilles tendon on 07/05/2020 and has been out of action since. So far in 2020 Liberato is batting .190 with 1 home run, 4 RBIs and 2 runs scored. He has 4 hits in 21 at-bats and a .217 OBP. |
