Ruckus Reaps 5-Game Suspensions Friday, June 5th, 2020 At a recent Pirates 1-Rockies 1 contest at Pittsburgh Pirates Complex, Osvaldo Gavilan of Pittsburgh (DSL) took exception to what Raymells Rosa of Colorado (DSL) said to him and tackled him. This led to an old-fashioned bench-clearing free-for-all between the two clubs. After the umpires restored order, they ejected both players. Today the league commissioner's office took action and suspended each player for 5 games, citing them for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct." |
