Trading draft picks

I'd like to continue the discussion on trading draft picks in this forum (since it has nothing to do with the trading block). Check out Marc's message on the trading block forum to see how this started. I have some concerns about allowing the trading of draft picks that I will relay to you soon. I still want to hear from you first though. Thanks for your input!
