Trumbo Hits 2 home runs in Angels Win
Los Angeles beat Texas at Angel Stadium of Anaheim, escaping with a 6-5 win. The win in large part was due to designated hitter Mark Trumbo. He went 2 for 4 with 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. Hansel Robles picked up the save for Los Angeles, his 10th of the year. Los Angeles raised its record to 39-34 with the win.

Trumbo contributed in the bottom of the fourth. With a runner on 1st, he hit a 2-run home run. It was one at-bat among others that helped Los Angeles get the win.

"It wasn't our best performance," said Trumbo, "but a win in this league is nothing to sniff at."
