Season Done for May Thursday, July 9th, 2020 Dustin May has to call it a season. The Los Angeles Dodgers reliever learned today that the full extent his injury suffered on 07/07/2020 is worse than hoped. He will not play again this year according to club doctors, who diagnosed the injury as shoulder inflammation and stated that he would not be able to play for 4 months. The team will likely place May on the injured list today. For the year, May has collected no saves in 11 relief appearances. He has also rung up 26 strikeouts and 5 walks in 21 innings while registering a 2.57 ERA and a 1-0 won-lost mark. |
