Orioles End Arraez's Streak Wednesday, June 10th, 2020 Minnesota Twins left fielder Luis Arraez and his hot bat finally met their match today at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The Baltimore Orioles snapped his 30-game hitting string, holding Arraez hitless in 3 at-bats and also whipping Minnesota for good measure. "We're real pleased with this one," Orioles manager Brandon Hyde said. "Nobody wants to be on the wrong end of a streak like that, and clobbering Minnesota makes it even sweeter." Posting a .349 batting average to date, Arraez has 3 home runs and 18 RBIs. |
