Price Magic in 3-0 Shutout Sunday, June 21st, 2020 The Detroit Tigers were almost helpless today in their 3-0 loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers and hurler David Price. Price kept the Tigers confused all game, spinning a 3-hit shutout. "Tip your hat to Price," Detroit manager Ron Gardenhire said in his postgame interview. "He kept us off balance all night." The 34-year-old left-hander had 1 walk and 8 strikeouts in a strong performance. "It just happened to be one of those games where even when I made mistakes, they either fouled them off or someone would make a fine defensive play," Price said.
