The long-awaited and much-anticipated Opening Day of baseball is finally here! For both fans and teams, hope always springs eternal. The proverbial "next year" is finally here! For better or worse, we'll find out what all the offseason management moves, manipulations and changes in personnel will bring. So, break out the peanuts and crackerjacks, sit back, sip on a tall cool one and get ready for some baseball. A Breath of Fresh Air: Marc Sands Hired as National Division GM and manager

Marc Sands has now officially taken over as GM and manager of the National Division All-Stars.
"There's a lot of faith in him to do the job, but I'm not so sure how much rope he will get," said a Dream Team Baseball League source close to the team, who wished to stay anonymous.
"They're really counting on him to do the job," he added about the 46-year-old out of The United States.

Lyons Hired in American Division

Mike Lyons will have a lot of pressure on in his new role with the American Division All-Stars.
He was today introduced as the team's new GM and manager, which the 45-year-old native of The United States expects to be quite the endeavor.
"I'm going to be busy, that's for sure," he said.
